My parents are in town, and like the infamous witch from the Hansel and Gretel fairy tale, they have been fattening me up so they can cut me into quarters and use my tender man-meant as sustenance for the cold winter months ahead.
I'll get into more detail about that later. Right now, I need to unbutton my pants, scratch my happy trail, and commit to a few good hours of grunting.
Good night and good luck.

do you find yourself, like me, eating less than normal a couple days before your parents come just so you can gorge that much more?
ReplyDeletegood lord. yes. i reach for that ice cream at that supermarket, but a voice inside my head says, "NO. Save up for tomorrow. You know you've got a chicken parm dinner and a bocce ball dessert with your name all over it."
